BAU: Mas Gading Community College top management led by its director Nor Dalila Abdul Rahman paid a courtesy call on Tasik Biru assemblyman Datuk Henry Harry Jinep at Tasik Biru Constituency Service Centre this morning.
According to Nor Dalila, the courtesy call aimed to inform Datuk Henry on the college’s intention and proposed plan to increase the number of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) graduates around Bau District to take full-time courses offered at the college, namely Information Technology Courses and Landscape Courses.
In the meantime, Henry suggested the college to increase the number of full-time and short courses which revolve around the current demand of the local population in Bau District.
This must be in line with the direction (blue print) of Bau in terms of infrastructure development, economy, education, trade and agriculture.
He added that with Mas Gading Community College as a platform to hold such courses, it will enhance the effort to improve the socio-economy of the people of Bau who turn to agriculture and online business in promoting their products.
Also accompanying Nor Dalila in the courtesy call were the college’s deputy directors Mohd Saiful Fadli Maidin (Management) and Yvone Xavera Dady (Academic), Lifetime Programme coordinator Shirley Phillip, Student Intake officer Adi Amin Sarkawi Sarie and Public Relations Unit Information officer, Petrus Ngalih Tingi.
