KAPIT: Several policemen here took part in a blood donation exercise at the blood bank of Kapit Hospital last Tuesday.

The objective was to help replenish blood supply at the hospital.

The blood donors were led by Kapit Police chief DSP Freddy Bian.

The blood donation exercise was one of the activities held to mark the 212th Police Day Anniversary. The year the Police Day will fall on March 25.

During the Police Day celebration every year the Police here would organise various activities to commemorate the day including a blood donation exercise, holding community services at charity houses, taking part in games including volleyball, badminton, parade and Police Day dinner.
