KUCHING: Police are looking for two men for brawling in the middle of the road along Jalan Pending on Tuesday (Apr 30).
Local police chief ACP Ahsmon Bajah said that the incident went viral after a 20-second video clip surfaced on social media.
“Preliminary investigations found that the altercation stemmed from the lorry driver’s frustration over not being given way to enter the lane.
“We are looking for the suspects,” he said in a statement.
He urged the public to channel any information related to the incident to the Kuching police operations room at 082-244444 or the nearest police station.
Ahsmon the case is being investigated under Section 323/506 of the Penal Code for voluntarily causing hurt and criminal intimidation.
