KUCHING: JCB Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd officials led by managing director Jacob Alang paid a courtesy call on Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg at Wisma Bapa Malaysia here yesterday (July 3).
Jacob said that during the courtesy visit they discussed the transfer of technology that would benefit Sarawak.
The introduction of new and advanced technology would contribute to Sarawak’s economic development, said.
“This meeting is indeed about the transfer of technology to jointly build and develop Sarawak.
“We also propose electrical power expertise, including other development projects such as highways and schools, in collaboration with the Sarawak government,” Jacob told reporters after the courtesy call.
