BINTULU: A delegation from the Bintulu Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) paid courtesy calls on the Bintulu Resident’s Office and the Bintulu Development Authority (BDA).
The visit led by former Bintulu district police chief Supt Zulkipli Suhaili aimed to strengthen relationships and cooperation between both parties as well as to discuss current issues and problems in the district.
The courtesy calls were also signs of appreciation and gratitude from Bintulu district police to the Bintulu Resident Office and BDA for their cooperation.
It was also Zulkipli’s last visit as Bintulu police chief as he will be the new Sibu district police chief next week.
Also present during the visit were Bintulu district police deputy chief DSP Dennis Bunyam, Bintulu licensing officer Inspector Wee Soon Guan and Bintulu public order officer Inspector Fergie Dim.
The visit to the Resident’s Office was welcomed by Bintulu Resident Datuk Jack Aman Luat while the visit to BDA was welcomed by BDA deputy chairman Datuk Haidar Khan Asghar Khan and BDA general m
