KUCHING: Twelve delegates from Netherlands led by its ambassador to Malaysia Karin Mossenlechner visited Sarawak Museum yesterday.  Conducting a tour of the museum for the ambassador and her entourage was museum director Ipoi Datan who said that the delegates arrived on Wednesday on a business trip.  

“We are honoured to have her and her group as our guests. Our museum displays a wide range of artifacts of the various multi-racial communities in the state, Ipoi  told reporters yesterday.

Apart from having a chance to take a close look at many rare traditional items at the museum, the delegates from Netherland also have an opportunity to enjoy a 10- minute video which summarizes the rich history of the multi-racial groups in Sarawak.
