KUCHING: The Land and Survey Department offices in the Samarahan and Serian divisions are temporarily closed from today (Aug 30) and will resume operations on Wednesday (Sept 1).
The department said the closure is to enable the sanitisation works to be carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
“All related matters can be made through e-Lasis and Mobile Lasis which can be downloaded from the Google Play application or Apps Store on the user’s smartphone or computer.
“Appointments made on the day of the closure (Aug 30) are cancelled. Applicants are advised to submit new applications for appointments,” it said in a statement on Sunday (Aug 29).
