MIRI: A programme to encourage reading and a book launch by Adana Publishing will be held at Pustaka Negeri Sarawak, here on April 16 to raise awareness on the importance of instilling the reading habit in the younger generation.
Members of the public can attend the opening ceremony to be graced by Deputy Minister for Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts I Datuk Sebastian Ting Chiew Yew.
The launch is scheduled to start at 9am. There will also be an interview session with the authors of Adana Publishing.
The authors are Norhayati Harun (Book: Catatan Camilia Irdiana), Mizhar Mazlan (Kenitra), Dr. Mahazani Ali (Ujian Kendiri – Kawalan Stres dan Ketahanan Diri), Nooralifah Jali (Nabila) and Jong Koi Chong (Jarum Yang Halal).
