BINTANGOR: Youth members of  PBB Meradong and PBB Kuala Rajang held a  dialogue session here last Sunday night to commemorate Sarawak Day.   

The brief programme was organised to enhance the spirit of unity and instil a sense of patriotism among the PBB members.

PBB Meradong Youth chief Halmi Morsili revealed during the dialogue session,  the

members shared their views on the state and  protecting its rights. At the same time, we gave them a detailed explanation of the Malaysia Agreement 1963.

“I am pleased that the programme attracted a good response. Some of them were very interested in the topics that we discussed,” he said.

On the relationship between the two branches, Halmi said the partnership between youths of Kuala Rajang and Meradong had to be strengthened in order to attract the younger

generations.

“This will help us gain victory in the next state election along with ensuring the continuity of the party given the current challenges and developments.

“The good response towards the programme showed that the partnership between us has  strengthened. We will continue to work together,” he added.

Also present was PBB Kuala Rajang Youth chief Mohd Tazullah Khan.
