SPAOH: The Spaoh Digital Community Centre is poised to enhance digital connectivity in the Bukit Saban constituency area.
Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embas expressed optimism that the centre would greatly benefit the local community by providing a platform to access various services and digital opportunities.
“This centre has been fully completed and is set to become operational shortly.
“We anticipate this facility will greatly benefit the residents, including enhancing the digital network,” he stated following a recent visit to the Spaoh Digital Community Centre.
Earlier, Uggah, who also serves as the Bukit assemblyman, participated in a discussion session concerning the Betong Division Development Agency (BDDA) project titled ‘Assistance for Livestock Breeders, Fishermen, and Entrepreneurs’ in the Bukit Saban constituency.
During the visit, he also took the opportunity to inspect the pig farm at Rumah Panjang Munggu Gernis Paku in Spaoh.
The purpose of the visit was to identify breeders with the potential to receive support for expanding pig farming in the Bukit Saban area.
He expressed his hope that this initiative would not only boost farmers’ income but also strengthen the local community’s economy.
