MUKAH: The local District Office recently took a pro-active step by distributing Covid-19 immunisation  forms to people in the vicinity of the town here as part of the efforts to expedite the registration process.

It was meant for people who had not registered through the MySejahtera application.

Mukah District Office staff distributed the forms from door  to door. The forms had to be returned by the recipients to the Mukah District Office within four days (until March 8).

There were 2,300 forms. Of these, 1,883 were distributed to housing areas.

The remaining forms were distributed to the state government quarters and federal government quarters including police flats and quarters/flats at three secondary schools; private and rented residences.
