KUCHING: Beginning Nov 26, Agritek returns to TVS for the second season as viewers will dive into the journey and aspirations of modern farmers in the documentary series directed by Imraan Abdol Rahim with original ideas by Muhammad Izzat Jailani.
Agritek showcases modern farmers and breeders who created each of their own product using modern technology in their efforts to stimulate further the economy in the state.
Izzat said that the show would give an impact to entrepreneurs of agriculture industry in Sarawak, alongside giving inspiration to the youth to get involved in the industry.
“This is in line with the aspirations of Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg, to increase the quality of the farming and livestock industry.
“The 13-episode documentary series will introduce a different industry that exists within the farming industry in the state such as rabbit breeding, coconut, quail, canned fruit industry and many more.”
Catch the second season of Agritek every Saturday at 12.30pm, beginning Nov 26 only on TVS channel 122 Astro and MYTV. Malay and English subtitles are provided.
