KUCHING: A rare sight is seen as visitors from the Chinese community here dressed in traditional Chinese costumes and thronged the Sarawak Cultural Village (SCV) on Sarawak Day yesterday.
Hence, SCV is calling visitors to dress in their traditional costumes and enter the venue for free.
“Remember, wear Sarawak full traditional costumes from July 22 to 24, you are entitled to enter SCV for free,” it said in a Facebook post yesterday.
In addition, SCV is also offering a special entrance rate this weekend.
SCV also said there will be activities organised throughout the three days’ celebration.
“Let’s celebrate Sarawak Day with us at SCV,” it said.
