KUCHING: A man was killed when he lost control of his car and crashed into the road divider and a lamp post and spun a few times at Jalan Tun Abang Openg at 3.00am yesterday.
Thain Kim Leong, 33, from Jalan Arang, was driving home along Jalan Tun Abang Openg after meeting with friends when he lost control of his car.
Passers-by summoned for an ambulance when they saw the driver slumped in his seat.
Thain was pronounced dead at the scene by the paramedics. He sustained severe head injuries.
His remains were later taken to the mortuary of Sarawak General Hospital for post mortem.
