KUCHING: A car turned turtle following an accident at an intersection along Jalan Padungan here early yesterday morning.
Sources said in the 3am incident, the driver lost control of the car, ran over a road divider before the car turned turtle.
The driver of a lorry which was behind the car slammed on the brakes to avoid colliding with the car. However, a 4WD vehicle behind the lorry rear-ended it when the driver failed to stop in time.
The car driver managed to get out of the vehicle with just minor scratches but was taken to Sarawak General Hospital. The other two drivers were unhurt.
