SIBU: Another education fair will be held by the Dayak Think Tank Association Sarawak (DTTAS) to give school leavers in the rural area information on education, training and education funds.
It will be held on Sept 16-17 at Sibu Jaya Community Hall, from 9am until 5pm.
Secretary of Sibu DTTAS Education Fair Malvina Albert Klinsing said that through this programme post Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) students who did not excel in their studies will have a chance to choose programmes or courses according to their qualification and their interest.
“We want them to be fully equipped with the right information and also help them to not pick the wrong lane because if that happens, it would cause many problems for them in the future,” she said.
