KUCHING: Bomba personnel were summoned to free two men who were trapped in a cement mixer truck that they were in crashed into the highway divider at the Sri Aman flyover.
The vehicle was heading towards Betong.
A spokesman for the State Fire and Rescue Operations Centre said a team of firefighters from the Sri Aman Fire and Rescue Station were dispatched to the scene after they were alerted to the incident at about 9.14 this morning.
“Bomba personnel found two persons trapped in the cement mixer truck that had crashed into a highway divider,” the spokesman said.
At the time of writing, firefighters are still working to extricate the victims from the damaged truck.
