KUCHING: An elderly man finally gets more freedom of movement after receiving a wheelchair yesterday.
The wheelchair was delivered to Chan Siew Loong, 71, at his home by Penghulu Huang Tiong Kang on behalf of Repok assemblyman Datuk Seri Huang Tiong Sii.
It is hoped that with the wheelchair, Chan would be more comfortable moving around in his home.
