KUALA LUMPUR: The Health Ministry is being strategic in its implementation of the electronic medical record (EMR) system in public hospitals and clinics, with it already operating in 25 per cent of hospitals and 7 per cent of clinics.
Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad told the Dewan Rakyat today: “Various Hospital Information System (HIS) and Clinical Information System (CIS) products are already in place in 35 government hospitals out of 145, and 118 clinics out of 1,703.” – Bernama
