MIRI: Curtin University Malaysia (Curtin Malaysia) is offering a four-week course to help SPM school leavers brush up on their English language skills.

The English Enhancement Programme (EEP) course which will be held in April will be useful for those preparing for tertiary education.

This programme, which is being offered for the second year at Curtin and sponsored by Yayasan Sarawak, comes at no cost to the students and on completion, participants will receive a one-time allowance of RM300.

Additionally, for those students who are not from Miri, on-campus accommodation will be provided free of charge.

The primary objective of the EEP is to equip students with the necessary English language proficiency required for undergraduate studies where English serves as the medium of instruction.

Applications for the EEP programme are currently open and will continue until mid-March.

Students who will be sitting for the SPM 2023 examinations are encouraged to reach out to their school counsellors for the registration link.
