SIBU: Hock Peng Group (HPG) has launched the Entrepreneur Hub @ Pulau Li Hua (EHPLH), here to encourage more young people become entrepreneurs.
It is also in response to the state government’s call to create more business and job opportunities and to spearhead the new wave of business and economic development in digital economy era, according to a statement issued by the company yesterday.
The EHPLH comprises a two-storey commercial unit providing conducive environment, practical and affordable space for the young aspiring entrepreneurs to live, work and play together.
The ground floor of the commercial unit is well suited as shop/office and the first floor can be used as residence.
The set-up is ideal for young entrepreneurs who may be working long, odd hours in their office on the ground floor and with the convenience of retreating to their own residence on the first floor.
Together in the same development plan for the convenience of the young entrepreneurs there will be a Medan Supermarket and a 150-room Li Hua Hotel, which is expected to be completed by end of 2019.
The Li Hua and Medan Hotel chains have over 500 rooms in Sibu and over 1,200 rooms statewide covering Sibu, Bintulu, Mukah and Betong.
