KUALA LUMPUR: All parties must come together and be with the government in efforts to hoist Malaysia as a country that can stand tall in the eyes of the world, said the Unity Government’s spokesperson Fahmi Fadzil.
Fahmi who is also the Minister of Communications and Digital through a Facebook posting said the government’s administration will always focus and prioritise unity and wellbeing of the people.
“This is not the time for animosity or hostility because it will not benefit anyone but rather will be a loss to the country,” he said.
In the Facebook posting, Fahmi also reiterated Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s pledge during the thanksgiving ceremony in conjunction with the One Year Administration of the Madani government in Putrajaya.
The Prime Minister had said people’s issues will be the government’s focus, especially to help the underprivileged such as those with low income and living in villages and rural areas.
