KUCHING: The Serian Division Football Association (SFA) FA Cup final which will be held this Saturday (22 December) at the Serian Sports Complex at 3.30pm will see two giants, Yayasan Sarawak and KSRUS FC vying for the coveted Piala Pusingan Yang Berhormat John Ilus 2018.

On paper it is difficult to predict which team will win the championship after considering the impressive performance shown by both teams during the semifinal. Nonetheless, what is certain for sure it will be a very exciting match.

SFA president Phillip Jabu said he expected a stunning display from both teams in the final.

“Let’s see the final match between the two teams this Saturday,” he said.

“I see both teams are capable of winning the championship and now it is up to the players,” Phillip said.

Yayasan Sarawak team which comprised several former Sarawak players such as Ahmad Bujang and Paul Sambang made its way to the final after beating Marr SC in the semifinal while KSRUS FC knocked BFT FC out to reach the final.
