KUCHING: A family of five sustained injuries after a car mowed them down when they were walking back to their house at Jalan Penrissen here at 7pm.
The 35-year-old driver of the car from Kampung Sikog was driving along the road when he collided into the family. The car’s driver was not injured.
The family consisted of a 26-year-old female and four children aged 3, 11, 12, and 15.
Members of the public assisted the injured family who were then brought to Sarawak General Hospital for treatment.
The car was seized by police who wanted to have it tested at Puspakom.
