BAU: A motorcycle was destroyed in a fire at Taman Mutiara, Jalan Jambusan here last night.
The Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) said an emergency call regarding the fire was received at around 8.10pm.
“We dispatched a team to the location and upon arrival, the fire had already been extinguished by members of the public.
“Firefighters proceeded to spray water from the fire engine to ensure that the fire was completely extinguished.”
The owner of the motorcycle was nowhere to be seen. No one was injured and the operation ended at 8.30pm.
