BINTULU: Bintulu Member of Parliament, Dato Seri Tiong King Sing, through his Mobile Caring Squad, recently donated aid to 33 people from seven families who were left homeless when fire gutted their houses at Kampung Setinggan Musako, Sungai Plan, Tanjung Kidurong near here.
The caring squad, led by its chief leader, Florence Teo from the SPDP Service Centre, handed out cooking utensils, used clothing and other aid to each of the affected victims.
The fire victims are currently putting up with their relatives and friends.
According to Bintulu Senior Operation Commander, Assistant Fire Superintendent (PPgB), Mohd Ishak, the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
