KUCHING: A 67-year-old man was taken to Bau Hospital after falling from a tree at Kampung Jagoi Gunong, Jalan Bau-Serikin on Saturday.
Bau fire station chief Tawang Lingem said the department received a distress call at 5.03pm from a caller who sought the firefighters’ assistance.
A team of firefighters from Bau fire station was immediately deployed to the scene.
“Upon arrival, they found a man with injuries on his left leg. The firefighters gave early medical treatment to the man before bringing him to Bau Hospital for further treatment,” said Tawang.
