KUCHING: A two-year-old boy was rescued by firemen after he was accidentally locked inside a car.
The boy’s mother was chatting with friends when she auto-locked her car here yesterday morning.
After failing repeatedly to open the car doors, the frantic mother called the fire station for help.
Firemen rushed to the scene following the call received at around 7.44am.
They too failed to open the doors, and with permission from the mother, the firemen broke the rear windshield to finally open one of the doors.
The boy was unharmed throughout the ordeal.
