MIRI: Firemen had to bring a motorist out to safety after he lost control of his vehicle and plunged into a drain near Jalan Bulan Sabit in the wee hours of today.
The 27-year-old was rescued by a team from the fire and rescue station which was alerted by the public around 3.47am.
In a statement the Fire and Rescue Department said they helped bring the motorist out using a stretcher before handing him over to medics who took him to Miri Hospital.
