SIBU: Police hauled up five local men for allegedly fighting at a bistro in Jalan Pahlawan.
Sibu district police chief ACP Zulkipli Suhaili said yesterday (Aug 22) said that around 11 am on Sunday (Aug 21), the Sibu IPD Criminal Investigation Division came across a viral 42-second video of several men fighting outside a bistro.
“Following an investigation, police arrested five local men aged between 29 and 50 around 2.15 pm on Sunday who were involved in the fight there,” he said.
Zulkipli said that the suspects will be remanded and the case investigated under Section 147 of the Penal Code.
