BINTULU: Five youths were arrested by police in an operation dubbed ‘Op Cantas’ in Taman Beverly Hill, Jalan Tun Hussien Onn here early yesterday.
Bintulu District Police chief, Superintendent Zailanni Amit said the suspects aged between 20 and 28 were detained around 1.30am.
He said during the operation eight units of metal scaffolding materials and a car belonging to one of the suspects were also seized.
The suspects would be charged under Section 379 of the Penal Code, Zailanni said.
