KUCHING: The Sarawak State Health Department (JKNS) has announced the dates for the flying doctor service (FDS) in Sri Aman, Samarahan, Kuching, Miri and Bintulu Divisions on May 17 to 28.

The communities in these areas have been urged to be at home or longhouses to wait for the doctor.

For Sri Aman Division, the doctors will be flying to Rumah (Rh) Rimong, Begantong and Rh Lidom, Sg Paya, Menjuau on May 17; Rh Bada, Ng Talong, Ulu and Rh Nyandang, Ulu Akup on May 18; and Ng Bawie, Ulu Lemanak on May 19.

For Saramahan Division, the FDS will be going to Plaie Atas and Pendawan area on May 20; SRK Tuba Tengah on May 21; and Muding and Kampung Ijok on May 24.

For the Kuching Division, the doctors will be flying to Kampung Sapit and Kampung Rejoi Nyegol on May 27 as well as Kampung Muk Ayun and Kampung Bojong Sting on May 28.

As for Kapit Division, the FDS will arrive at Long Singut on May 17; Rh Achau and Rh Layang (May 18); Rh. Ai Jalin, Sg Entawau, Bena Balleh (May 19); Long Unai (May 20); Sang Anau and Batu Keling (May 21); Long Jawe and Long Kebuho (May 24); Long Tanyit (May 25); Punan Busang and Lusong Laku (May 27); and Long Kajang and Long Abit (May 28).

For Miri Division, the flying doctors will be visiting Pa’ Tik, Long Dano and Pa’ Lungan on May 17; Long Balau and Long Seridan (May 18); Long Palai (May 19); Ba’ Abang (May 20); Long Tebangan (May 21); and Apau Nyaring (May 24).

Lastly for Bintulu Division, the FDS service will be going to Rh Drick, Jelalong and Rh Amit in Tubau on May 25; Rh Robert and Long Biyak in Ulu Kakus (May 27); and Rh Renang and Rh Jaling in Sigu (May 28).
