KOTA SAMARAHAN: Food premises around here still look empty even though customers have been recently allowed to dine-in.

A food premises in Kota Samarahan still look empty even though customers have been allowed to dine-in.

Our reporter’s survey to a food premises near the Summer Mall shopping centre from 7.30am to 9am found many empty dining tables, and only about three or four tables were occupied by customers.

Many customers were still seen choosing to takeaway their food.

Apart from that, our survey also found that drinks were served to customers using disposable styrofoam cups instead of using regular glasses.

The price of the drink is also different whereby a small styrofoam cup of tea costs RM2 compared to the previous price of RM1.30 (using a small glass).
