KUCHING: Normah Medical Specialist Centre extends an open invitation to the public for its one-day Breastfeeding Awareness Public Health Forum on August 5th.
The forum, aimed at promoting breastfeeding awareness, will take place at the Normah Auditorium, Level 4, Outpatient Clinic from 8:30 am to 12 pm.
In collaboration with Breastfeeding Awareness Day, the event features an interactive workshop led by the hospital’s skilled midwives. They will share insights and guide participants on essential breastfeeding techniques.
Moreover, Dr. Balwinder Kaur, Normah’s resident consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist, will deliver a talk titled ‘Breastfeeding Made Simple’. The forum will also include a session by their resident dietician, Goh Ruey Shin, discussing ‘Nutrition for Pregnant Women’.
Attendees are encouraged to secure their seats by scanning the provided QR code. Each participant will receive door gifts, and light refreshments will be available during the forum.
