SHAH ALAM: Mpire Asia Sdn Bhd, the official distributor of Foton vehicles, has launched its brand new 18-seater Foton View C2 and Foton View CS2 vans at its first 3S (sales, service and spare parts) centre in Glenmarie here yesterday. Group Managing Director Datuk Billy Goh said as the market leader in China, Foton was poised to produce world class vehicles relevant for the highly demanding Chinese consumers.
“I am confident the vehicles exported by Foton into Malaysia would meet the high standards in terms of features, quality and fuel efficiency sought after by Malaysian buyers,” he said in his speech. Goh also said the company aimed to sell a total of about 1,200 units of the two vehicles next year while focusing on strengthening Foton’s establishment in Malaysia. “We have a good product and we want to focus on our after-sales service.
We plan to open new 3S centres in Butterworth and Johor Bahru within the first half of next year,” he added. Mpire Asia has also launched its toll free number 1300-22-3399 and a 24/7 service team which will cover all states in Peninsular Malaysia. – Bernama
