KUCHING: Three men and a woman were arrested at Tarat, Serian on Tuesday for peddling drugs.
All of them will be charged under Section 39A of the Dangerous Drug Act 1952, which carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.
According to Serian police chief, DSP Aswandy Anis, police upon receiving information went to a house at Batu Tarat, Mile 34 at about 8pm.
They found boxes in the wardrobe drawer containing lutisnar plastic packs and straw tube sections, containing crystalline crystals suspected of Meth type drugs.
Urine tests conducted on them were found be Meth positives.
All the four were detained for further investigation.
