KUCHING: From today until 15 April 2018, there will be a free Anlene Wellness Check at H&L Supercenter, Kuching Sentral beginning at 10am to 9.30pm.
It is an initiative by Anlene in cooperation with H&L Retail Sdn Bhd to help Malaysians understand how simple changes to their diet and lifestyle can go a long way towards maintaining good heart health and movement.
It is also scientifically designed to help evaluate the important aspects of movement, bone health, and also includes the indicator of heart health.
During the wellness check, consumers will go through measurement of their waist circumference to provide an estimate of their abdominal fat where larger waist circumference may contribute to the development of ‘3-highs’ that increases the chances of getting poor heart health.
In addition, consumers will also go through the bone health and flexibility check to indicate their current bone health and movement status.
Trained consultants will also be there to educate consumers on the importance of good nutrition and practicing an active lifestyle to maintain good heart health, build, and maintain strong bones, joints and muscle for everyday movement.
Consumers who purchase Anlene products during this period will also be entitled to free goodies such as free sachets (for purchases of RM20), Anlene shaker (for purchases of RM60), and thermos (for purchases of RM120).
