MIRI: The Gagasan Anak Dayak Sarawak (GADS) will hold a fundraising dinner at Mega Hotel Miri on April 14.
According to GADS chairman David Upe, the proceeds would go towards supporting the GADS’S Gawai Dayak Bazaar (GDB) 2023.
The bazaar is slated to be held from May 1 to 20, featuring 50 stalls selling various types of Dayak delicacies.
He said a total of 45 tables are up for sale with tickets pricing for the fundraising dinner ranging from RM800 to RM1,200 (for VIP tables).
“We are calling private individuals and all agencies to purchase tickets for the fundraising dinner in support of our GDB 2023,” he said.
This year the GDB, themed “Begulai Begawai Bedagang’, will be held at the same venue, in Permyjaya next to Bank Rakyat here.
