MIRI: The body of a man, believed to be a local in his 60s, was found floating in Sungai Kampung Pasir Lutong yesterday (Mar 14).
The body was discovered by a 19-year-old girl who later informed the police.
Civil Defence Force (APM) personnel were also seen at the location to retrieve the body after they were alerted by Lutong police around 6.20 pm.
The identity of the victim is not known as there were no identification documents on him.
The APM personnel later handed over the body to the police to be taken to the Miri Hospital for a post-mortem.
