“Employers should be concerned and to manage mental health issues as well as other aspects of work, in order to reducing absenteeism and increase productivity,” he said when launching the Second International Conference on Psychology, Counselling and Education (ICPCE), held at Universiti Malaysia Sabah, yesterday.

The three-day conference, themed ‘A Spectrum of Opportunities to meet Psychology, Social Work Counselling and Education Experts’  is aimed at  facilitating research collaborations and professional networking in psychology, counselling and education among psychologists, counsellors, educators, social work  practitioners and researchers. – Bernama
