KUALA TERENGGANU: PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang has been admitted to the National Heart Institute (IJN) a few days ago after complaining that he felt unwell.
Batu Buruk assemblyman Muhammad Khalil, who is also Abdul Hadi’s son, said the leader is in stable condition, but still needed doctor’s monitoring and follow-up treatment.
“I have also received inquiries about the messages being spread, most of them are untrue and have been exaggerated. God willing, I will update on my father’s condition from time to time,” he said in a post on his Facebook page today.
He also called on the people to pray for Tuan Guru’s speedy recovery.
News that Abdul Hadi has been admitted to IJN Intensive Care Unit (ICU) after he was unconscious, has been making its rounds on WhatsApp since this afternoon. – Bernama
