KUCHING: The Public Works Department (JKR) has announced the closure to half of the road from Samajaya High Tech Park heading towards the Tabuan Tranquility roundabout.
The purpose is for resurfacing work on some parts, which will begin from Nov 14 to 18 from 9am to 4pm.
Sarawak JKR also announced the half-road closure from the Samarahan Heart Centre roundabout heading towards the Samarahan Industrial Training Institute roundabout, which began on Nov 7 up until Nov 18, from 9am to 4pm.
Road users are urged to be careful when driving in those areas during the maintenance period and comply with every traffic rule for everyone’s safety.
Sarawak JKR will inform from time to time of any change to the date, time and areas involved in the maintenance.
Road user are also urged to plan their journeys ahead, especially when it comes to the affected areas. “We regret any inconvenience caused,” said Sarawak JKR.
