KUCHING: From the racing simulator to real world racing, an 18-year-old Sarawakian has finished third in the Toyota Gazoo Racing at Sepang International Circuit.
In a social media post on Thursday (March 24), Sarawak Esports Association (Sesa) said Mohd Hamdany won the third place in the race held on March 19 and 20.
“He has proven that his interest in racing simulators could land him a place as a real race driver.”
Hamdany’s success was shared by his father Hamid Halim, and Sesa extended its congratulations to both, and hoping for more success in the upcoming races in June and September.
