MUKAH: Mukah Division MAKSAK yesterday morning organised a goodwill visit (Lawatan Muhibbah) to Mukah District Hospital in Mukah.
The visitors which comprised the government servants and local community leaders were headed by Mukah Member of Parliament Dato Hanifah Hajar Taib. The noble programme featured the presentation of goodies to the patients treated at the centre that was also held in conjunction with the forth-coming Gawai Dayak and Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2018.
Among those in the delegation were political secretaries to the Chief Minister, Haji Kenil Jaraee and Faridah Osman; Mukah Division Deputy Resident (Planning and Strategic) Abdul Halim Abdullah; Mukah District Officer Shafrie Saili; Temenggong Hendi Suhai; heads of departments and local community leaders.
On hand to welcome the visitors were Mukah District Hospital Director Dr Bernadette Syonnia Jaru Sawat and the medical personnel.
