BARAM: A homestay in Long Julan Ulu Baram here is expected to be another attractive tourist destination for that area.
According to news report by Sarawak Public Communication Unit (UKAS), Telang Usan assemblyman Dennis Ngau said, it will provide another stay facility and attract more tourists to the area.
Owned by a Kenyah, Michael Tinggang from Ulu Baram, the homestay will turn the area into a beautiful tourist attraction, Dennis said during its opening ceremony of yesterday
“The tourists who come here can enjoy the beauty of nature in the Ulu Baram area.
“There is an interesting waterfall which is located some distance from the homestay, namely the Julan Waterfall.
“The waterfall is said as one of the new tourism attractions in the area,” he pointed out.
