KUCHING: Last Saturday Anjung Singgah (YKM) informed Hope Place to help two jobless persons from Betong who were about to move out of Anjung Singgah after putting up there for a week.

The duo both in their 20s were identified as Yatimi Alwani and Munirah. They have arrived in the city from Betong looking for jobs.

They have been putting up at Anjung Singgah for about a week and through Anjung Singgah’s help both of them managed to get a job at Warna Balloon.

Before they moved out from Anjung Singgah last Saturday Hope Place came in to help them by providing a one off assistance for both of them in the form of rice, biscuit, Milo, noodle, towel, mattress and wardrobe.
