KUCHING: Sibu Hospital is seeking the public’s help to trace the family members or next-of-kin of a patient named Nickledion Yap Kang Fhuat.
According to a statement from the hospital, the 20-year-old male patient has been placed in the Men’s Psychiatric Ward at the hospital since Dec 17 last year.
It said it had tried several times to contact the patient’s family members for further discussions regarding his treatment but to no avail.
The given address on the patient’s identity card is in Sungai Stabau, Sibu.
Anyone who knows the patient or his next-of-kin has been urged to immediately contact medical social work officer Nur Athirah Rawi at 084-238818 or the Men’s Psychiatric Ward at 084-343333 (ext 6310).
