SIBU: The Sibu Hospital here is asking for the public’s help in locating family members of a Chinese’s mother and her son.
According to a statement from Sibu Hospital today, Hasnah Ngui Abdullah aged 81, and her son Su Wei Kiong, 59, have been admitted to the hospital since October 4.
Hasnah was placed in the medical ward (22) while her son was placed in the male psychiatric ward.
The hospital has tried to contact the patient’s next of kin pertaining to the matter of discharge but failed to do so.
It is understood that the patient still have a next of kin named Halimah Hassan and lives in Sibu, here.
Therefore, the hospital requests the public who know the patient or their next of kin to immediately contact the Medical Social Work Officer, Nur Athirah Rawi at 084-238 818 or the Male Psychiatric Ward at 084-343 333 (extension 6310).
