SIBU: Sibu hospital seeks the public’s help in identifying the relatives or family members of an unidentified male patient currently under its care.

The unidentified individual was discovered in an unconscious state, suffering from head injuries, and was brought to hospital by the Emergency Medical Teams (EMT).

“Regrettably, no form of identification was found with the patient, leaving hospital staff without any means of contacting his family or next of kin.

“Although the patient has regained consciousness, he remains unable to provide any coherent personal information, adding to the challenge of reuniting him with his loved ones.

“Hospital records show that since his admission to Ward 14 Neurosurgery (Level 1) on August 31, not a single family member or relative has come forward to inquire about his condition or whereabouts,” it said in a press release today.

For those who have information or recognise the unidentified patient may contact the hospital at 084-238888 extension 6113.
