MIRI: A house in Lorong J/4 Jalan Tudan Phase 2A here was partially damaged, after an air conditioner in the building caught fire last night.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident.
The affected house was occupied by a family of four.
Firemen from Lutong station were alerted to the incident at 9.59pm.
The fire which involved an air-conditioner at the living room of the house and a fan was put out by the house’s occupants before the firemen arrived.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
